Consumption of omega-3 fats reduces risk of age-related hearing loss
Latest research from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that omega-3 fatty acids and oily fish have a role in maintaining healthy auditory function. This is in addition to their roles in the prevention and modulation of certain diseases – heart disease, stroke and autoimmune disorders.
