All new clients fill out a detailed questionnaire as well as a 3-day food diary. This questionnaire should be returned to me a couple days before we meet. Initial consultations are exploratory and you should expect to be with me for 1 ½ hours. Follow up consultations usually last about 45 minutes.
Implementing nutritional changes takes a while, and you need to allow the body time and space to adjust and react.
